How long will it take to process my order?
Processing Exclusive item orders can take between 1-3 business days depending on any requests made. (example: shorten length, resize, ect) Custom orders can take between 7-30 business days depending on shipping of supplies and your deposit/payment timeline.

What is your Refund Policy?
Items made according to customers measurements are non-refundable. All exclusive design items are non-refundable. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of recieving item(s). email us @ contact@itsangelicdesigned.com. Item must be returned in an unused, undamaged state. Any Items that are not fully exchanged and recieved within 14 days of contacting us will be converted into points equal to the price of the item during the time of purchase.
